Returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order              CustomWoodInteriors has the right to cancel orders.

The following items can't be returned
Because of the nature of these items I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
The item must come back in perfect condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Any packages returned due to refusal to pay customs fees and/or it was not collected by the buyer will be subject to additional fees depending on the return shipping fees.
